The information will be stored in our database – currently Successfactors – in compliance with privacy protection law. The information will be processed carefully and in a confidential manner. It will not be disclosed to others than those involved in the recruitment process. This could be persons in the selection committee who do not belong to our organisation or in the external selection and recruitment office which assists us in the process.
Because it operates in the partner countries of the Belgian Development Cooperation, Enabel is likely to disclose your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
For applicants who are not retained for a function: We store your personal data for a term of 1 year. Once that term has expired, your data will be deleted from our files.
For applicants who are entered into the recruitment pool: We store your personal data for a term of 36 months. Once that term has expired, your data will be deleted from our files.
