Every person who fulfils the conditions listed in our job advertisements may apply.
Applications are pre-selected on the basis of the CV and the letter of motivation.
The pre-selected applicants are subsequently invited for a selection procedure, which depending on the position may consist of:
- a telephone call with a recruiter
- a technical written test
- a personality questionnaire
- an ‘assessment centre’ by a specialised office, contracted by Enabel
- a check of the references given by the applicant
- an interview before a selection committee, consisting of the hierarchical supervisor, experts of Enabel and possibly an external expert.
