Recruitment policy

Enabel applies a strict recruitment policy, which is based on detailed procedures.
Every person who fulfils the conditions listed in our job advertisements may apply.
Applications are pre-selected on the basis of the CV and the letter of motivation.

The pre-selected applicants are subsequently invited for a selection procedure, which depending on the position may consist of: 

  • a telephone call with a recruiter
  • a technical written test
  • a personality questionnaire
  • an ‘assessment centre’ by a specialised office, contracted by Enabel
  • a check of the references given by the applicant
  • an interview before a selection committee, consisting of the hierarchical supervisor, experts of Enabel and possibly an external expert.
