UKR24001-10021 - Construction of Emergency Solid Fuel Heating Systems Across Various Oblasts in Ukraine

As part of the 'Be-Relieve Ukraine' program—implemented by Enabel following an agreement with the Belgian Federal State signed on May 27, 2024 — Enabel is launching this tender for the public procurement of the construction and commissioning of emergency solid fuel heating systems for various facilities located in the oblasts of Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Odesa. The public contract has two (2) lots, each of which is indivisible. A tender for part of a lot is inadmissible. Each lot includes the construction of modular boiler rooms for reserve heating supply at various communal facilities across Ukraine. Each boiler house is equipped with 2 boilers, and all required subsystems in accordance with regulations. The primary fuel is pellets, with wood as a backup fuel, and each includes a pellet storage hopper with a capacity of 30 m³. The design complies with boiler house legislation and includes the construction of all connections to utility networks. The lots are: Lot 1 Emergency Solid Fuel Boilers for Five Facilities in Sumy and Kharkiv Oblasts Lot 2 Emergency Solid Fuel Boilers for Six Facilities in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Odesa Regions
