E-learning: Action Research

e-learning action research

Explore two e-learning modules on action research, a powerful approach to continuous learning, adaptive management and stronger impact in international cooperation. Originally developed for internal staff, these modules are now available to external audiences.

Module 1 – Introduction to action research

This introductory module is designed for anyone interested in understanding the fundamentals of action research. You will learn what action research is, why it matters in international cooperation and how it is applied in practice. An accessible entry point for professionals curious about learning and change.

Module 2 – Deepening action research

The advanced module builds on these foundations and invites you to slow down, reflect deeply and strengthen critical thinking for better decisions. It is particularly tailored to MEL officers, project and programme managers, and experts, while remaining relevant for anyone engaged in international cooperation.
