UKR24001-10057 - Public Works Contract: “Renovation and Reconstruction Works for Healthcare and Educational Facilities in Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine”

Description :

As part of the ‘Be-Relieve Ukraine’ program—implemented by Enabel following an agreement with the Belgian Federal State signed on May 27, 2024—this public works tender covers the reconstruction and renovation of five facilities located in Bila Tserkva, Brovary, Boryspil, and Velyka Dymerka in Kyiv Oblast.
At Bila Tserkva City Hospital No. 2, a new inpatient rehabilitation department will be established through the reconstruction of Block “B”. The works will include extensive interior renovations, full replacement of engineering systems, installation of medical gas supply lines, and measures to ensure accessibility for persons with reduced mobility. In the same facility, the 12th floor of Block “A” will undergo capital repairs as part of a broader healthcare modernization effort, including structural and finishing works, as well as upgrades to engineering networks to improve service delivery and energy efficiency.
At the Boryspil Vocational College, part of the second floor of Building “B-II” will be refurbished to improve the learning environment and align with modern standards of vocational education. In Brovary, the Vocational Lyceum’s training and production workshop will undergo comprehensive renovation, including façade insulation, roof replacement, installation of a heat recovery ventilation system, and inclusive access measures.
At Velyka Dymerka Lyceum will receive external renovation works, including new roofing, façade upgrades, and associated structural improvements to enhance safety and building resilience.
