Description :
Within the framework of the “Shelter Coalition” program / “Safe Future Ukraine: Construction of Multi-Purpose Shelters for Education, Health, and Communities”, Enabel is launching this Tender for the reconstruction and adaptation of existing basement premises of a public building for use as a dual-purpose facility with the protective characteristics of an anti-radiation shelter in the Kherson Region, Ukraine. The project entails reconstruction works to an existing basement to create a medical anti-radiation shelter, including structural works, full engineering networks (power supply with diesel generator, HVAC, water supply and sewage, medical gases, fire protection and security systems), and medical-grade internal finishing. The facility will accommodate surgical rooms, intensive care units, and dedicated areas for infectious patients, while fully complying with sanitary, fire-safety, accessibility, and energy-efficiency standards.
