“The objectives of this local services are:

• For lot 1 and 2, to conduct an instrumental technical inspection of the foundation and structures of the building for strength and stability, and the inspection of the internal engineering systems in order to include the recommendations provided in the design and estimate documentation;
• To assist the Contracting Authority to prepare these works to tender readiness state;
• To prepare technical task for designing stage;
• To design and prepare detailed tender documents for these works”;
