The works included in this tender are for the realization of Fablab Transformation Works and Supply of Furniture in seven Schools in East Jerusalem, The public contract has two lots, each of which is indivisible. The tenderer may submit a tender for one or both of the following lots:
– (Lot 1): works consist of creating three fablabs distributed in three schools of which two are in Al-Sheikh Saad village and a third in Ar Ram Neighbourhood.
– (Lot 2): works consist of creating four fablabs distributed in four schools of which two are in Wadi Al Joz neighborhood, a third in Beit Hanina neighborhood, and a fourth in Sur Baher neighbourhood.
Enabel now invites sealed tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for carrying out these works considering the following:
1. Tendering will be conducted through the direct negotiated procedure with publication (Belgian Public Procurement Law) and is open to all tenderers from Eligible Source Countries, as defined in the tender documents.
2. Tenderers Interested in Lot 2 are required to have a permit to access Jerusalem.
3. This tender is VAT excluded under certain conditions, defined in the tender documents.
4. Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the tender closing. No bid bond is required.
5. Interested tenderers are encouraged to attend a guided site visit arranged by Enabel on the 19th of December 2022 at 10:00 AM, details of the location are in the tender document.
6. An information meeting/clarification meeting for the two lots will be held online on the 20th of December 2022 at 10:00 AM, the link to the online meeting is in the tender document.
7. Tenders must be delivered to one of the two addresses mentioned below before the 4th of January 2023 at 1:00 PM. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened behind closed doors.
