UKR24001-10342 - Public service contract for “Technical Supervision Services for Reconstruction and Repair Projects at Educational and Healthcare Facilities in Chernihiv and Kyiv Regions”

The Services consist of technical supervision of construction works to ensure compliance with project documentation, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. The Service Provider shall perform inspections, monitor contractor performance, verify materials and works, maintain records, and report on progress, all in strict adherence to Ukrainian legislation, including the Law on Architectural Activities, the Law on Regulation of Urban Planning Activities, the Procedure for Technical Supervision (Resolution No. 903), and applicable state construction standards.
