UKR24001-10340 - Public service contract for “Technical Supervision Services for Multiple Construction and Renovation Projects in Healthcare and Educational Facilities in Ukraine”

The Services consist of technical supervision of construction works to ensure compliance with project documentation, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. The Service Provider shall perform inspections, monitor contractor performance, verify materials and works, maintain records, and report on progress, all in strict adherence to Ukrainian legislation, including the Law on Architectural Activities, the Law on Regulation of Urban Planning Activities, the Procedure for Technical Supervision (Resolution No. 903), and applicable state construction standards.

The public contract has Six (6) lots, each of which is indivisible. A tender for part of a lot is inadmissible. The lots are:
